Candi Lethcoe is the owner of Stress Free Home Care. She is responsible for managing the business and company operations. Candi oversees that all policies and procedures are followed according to state regulations. She can answer any questions about our services or billing. Management of client and employee relations is a big part of her duties. Candi started this agency to make a difference in our seniors’ lives by providing excellent care for our clients. She also wanted to educate family members on disease processes that affect seniors and challenges that older adults may face. Candi’s mission for her employees is to keep them working, enjoying their jobs knowing they are giving and sowing good seeds. Her mission for the region is to see it continue to rise up, increase opportunities for education, improve health service, and give back so others may grow and excel. She currently serves on the Board of Hospice as the Chairman in 2016. Candi lives in Stanley with her husband John, Walter and Pepper her miniature schnauzers.
Becky Jones, ADN, RN
Becky Jones, RN, graduated from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. She retired after thirty years’ service from Carolina Medical Center. Becky directly supervises Stress Free Home Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants. She performs initial client assessments and assists with quarterly and annual reports to make sure the agency follows all state regulations. She also plays a part in new employee orientation by making sure the caregiver’s skills are current with providing the best level of care for our clients. First and foremost she encourages kind and compassionate care for our clients. She lives in Sherrills Ford with her husband, Jack Jones.
Tracy McMinn, RN, ADN
Tracy McMinn, RN attended East Coast Bible College and graduated from the nursing program at Gaston College. She evaluates, establishes, implements and revises all of our client’s treatment/care plans. She educates and instructs the clients and family as required. She also acts as an advocate for them in meetings about the client’s needs and goals. Tracy is also responsible for the quarterly evaluation visits, where she monitors and updates medications and care plans. She lives in Stanley with her husband Rob and children, Connor, Tanner, and Brenner.
Kim Jones, CNA
Kim Jones, CNA, Kim’s role at Stress Free Home Care is so vast and so important. She is hands on with all of the operations that take place within our business including; making the right matches between the client and the direct care worker assigned to your case, to making sure our employees are at the right place at the right time. Kim is responsible for scheduling all of the shifts assigned and completed by Stress Free Home Care. She is so knowledgeable in this field due to her many years of experience, and has developed a passion for taking care of seniors. She takes the time to read over all of the client information given to her after the client’s initial assessment, as well as the caregiver information after new employee orientation in order to get to really know all of our client’s and our caregivers. Kim is also responsible for maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures according to the state law. She occasionally provides free child care for caregivers who otherwise wouldn’t be able to work. She lives in Stanley and has three wonderful children, Elisabeth, Audrey & Isaac.
Marilyn Michael, BS
Director of Marketing
Marilyn Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Appalachian State University. She assists in the coordination of perspective clients in the community and surrounding counties. Marilyn also works in our office with daily business activities, advertising, recruiting and maintaining client satisfaction. Marilyn organizes an annual health & wellness fair in Stanley every April and attends many regional health fairs as a vendor to educate individuals about the services we provide. She enjoys writing press releases to submit to local papers to educate families about home care & composing our bi-monthly newsletter. Marilyn resides in Stanley with her husband, Jake and children, Logan, Chloe & Lucas and lots of fur babies.
Erin Ingle, Bachelor of Arts in Sociology
CNA/Human Resources Coordinator
Erin has her degree in Sociology and a minor in Gerontology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is now in the process of taking classes in order to apply to Gaston College’s nursing program. She aspires to be a Registered Nurse one day. Erin is a certified nursing assistant and works as a caregiver with our clients. When Erin is not working as a caregiver, she works in the Stress Free Home Care office as the Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for reviewing potential employee’s applications and scheduling interviews. Erin conducts our new employee orientation and making sure our employees are properly trained. After employees are hired, she is responsible for keeping their records up to date. Our caregivers are reminded by her when their CPR, TB tests, car insurance, CNA certification, and driver’s license need to be renewed. Although all of our caregivers are employed with training and most of them with certifications, Erin has monthly in-service training to keep their care giving skills fresh and up-to-date.
